please ensure you have completed your registration before arriving at the venue.

〇 The visitor pre-registration is also required to attend seminars and concurrent events.

■Details of the exhibition including the seminar programme, may change without notice.

■ The following activities by visitors are strictly prohibited at and around the exhibition:
1) Distributing leaflets or literature to exhibitors or visitors.
2) Taking photographs or video within the exhibition halls.
3) Conducting demonstrations or causing a disturbance.

■ Taking photos and videos at the events
Visitors are not allowed to take photos and videos in and outside the exhibition halls. The organisers may take photos and videos and own the right to use those photos and videos for any kind of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, or website. Members of the press who have obtained permission from the organisers are also allowed to take photos and videos and may use them for newspapers, magazines, and other media.

■ Policy Regarding Protection of Personal Information
1) Attendees agree that the personal data provided during registration will be used for promotional purposes with the organiser’s Privacy Policy.

2) If you participate in co-located events including seminars sponsored by partner organisations including exhibitors, your registered personal information will be shared by the organiser with the organisations. As a result, the organisations may send you information via email, mail, telephone, etc.

3) Informa collects information on your interactions with other visitors, exhibitors and sponsors during the event with the intention of analysing and measuring the event’s success and to develop business and individual profiles to enhance our products and service offerings in the future. When attending our in-person events, by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you about their products or services in the future. You can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor and any data that they collect and record (e.g. notes or business card scans) will be held according to their Privacy Policy although we will maintain its security whilst it is held in our apps/systems. You have the right to refuse your badge from being scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor.

4) If a participant requests the deletion of their personal information, it will be removed from the database. Please contact the organizer via email (address: visitor@oxexpo.jp) or opt out via the link in the notification email. Please note that personal information provided to sponsor companies or exhibitors will be managed in accordance with the privacy policies of the recipient companies. Requests for correction, deletion, etc. of personal information after it has been provided should be made directly to the relevant company.

5) Even if you have previously been deleted from the database, if you register as a visitor again, you will be re-registered in the database, and we will send you information about various events via email, mail, telephone, etc.

6) We use cookies to help provide you with the best possible online experience, and for the purpose of improving the quality of services, we also acquire identifiers including IP addresses and statistical data on the visitor's online behavior across websites.
We may also share information regarding your use of this website with social media platforms, advertisers and analytics partners.
